We hope you love your KYN pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery as long as it meets our return requirements.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. They must also be free of make-up, tan marks, perfume, or pet hair.
For Yoga-mats without intact original seal cannot be returned.

KYN reserves the right to decline any return that doesn’t meet these conditions. Ineligible returns will be sent back to you, and any related costs will be your responsibility.

Refunds are only available to new customers on their first order.
If any item is missing or unreturned, KYN may use a third-party service to recover outstanding amounts.
